busy bee
sorry, last week was another really busy one! we had a group of 10 visitors from a sister church at Texas A&M Univerisity. They were a lot of fun, and we shared the gospel with a lot of people! we hope and pray God waters the seeds, and gives us the strength to follow up and keep in touch with them all! They headed back to home on Friday morning. And I also snuck across the border for a little while. I was able to get permission to remain here for 180 more days! I will post a recap of some cool stories from the last couple weeks very soon. but i am tired, and fighting a cold; so i’m off to bed.

It’s crazy how life changes with visitors. It’s added to the transition for me.

It is fun to have visitors, but I’ve realized that the occasional visitors here leave me slightly homesick after they’re gone. But it is fun to be the one who is connected to both the country and culture they’re entering and part of the country/culture/language from which they come. We’ve got the best of both worlds, but also have the huge responsibility of presenting things honestly from both sides. Just part of the job description, I guess!
